Work History
I bring 13 years of critical-care nursing experience to the analysis of high-acuity medical cases. 10 years as a flight nurse and 3 years in the intensive care unit give me extensive expertise. My background includes managing complex sepsis, shock, trauma, airway, and transport cases in both prehospital and hospital settings. I spent 3 years as the clinical care manager for a high-volume flight program during COVID. I developed ventilator management protocols, wrote clinical practice standards, and provided education to physicians and nurses across multiple disciplines. I spent 8 years in the Army Reserves as a medic, serving as a First Sergeant for a company for two years.
I support plaintiff and defense attorneys by providing clear, defensible interpretation of the medical record. My work focuses on identifying whether care met accepted standards, evaluating clinical decision-making, and outlining how deviations may have contributed to patient outcomes. I provide structured assessments that help legal teams understand the sequence of events, the quality of care delivered, and the medical context surrounding a case.
My approach is direct, unbiased, and grounded in current critical-care and emergency standards. I translate complex medical information into clear, actionable insights that support case strategy, deposition preparation, and informed decision-making.
